Shipping policy
Order Processing Times
- Please allow up to 3-4 business days to process your order BEFORE shipping out of warehouse. Orders are typically shipped out of our warehouse within 2-4 business days.
Shipping Methods
Standard Shipping— $17.00 [5 to 7 days after order has been shipped out of our warehouse] - Signature confirmation is NOT included but all shipping costs INCLUDE package insurance covering the full price of the order. (Standard shipping + signature confirmation is $23.00). All orders are shipped by UPS, you will receive tracking information via email or text when your order has been shipped out from our warehouse.
-Jam Luxe Hair Co is not responsible for any damaged, lost, or stolen packages.
-JLH is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered.
-No refunds will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided in the order.
-Only store credit or replacement will be issued (if the standard shipping option with package insurance is selected by the customer) after a claim is submitted and processed successfully.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping rates are calculated based on the price of your order and the shipping destination.
Shipping Destinations
-Jam Luxe Hair ships to all 50 states.
-International shipping is not currently available.
-We do not ship orders to P.O. Boxes: If your order is submitted with a P.O. Box in the Shipping section, your order will automatically be canceled, and a 5% cancellation fee will apply.
-We are not responsible for deliveries to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure she or he enters their billing & shipping addresses correctly.
-We cannot guarantee address changes due to strict shipping security guidelines. Please be advised that any incorrect billing and/or shipping information entered by the customer will cause delays.
-PLEASE PROVIDE A VALID EMAIL ADDRESS AND PHONE NUMBER FOR ALL ORDERS PLACED. Please double-check the address you are entering, as Jam Luxe Hair will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the customer has entered.
Delivery Times
-Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on the shipping method selected and the shipping destination.
-Standard shipping orders typically arrive within 5 to 7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped out from our warehouse.
Shipping Delays
-Jam Luxe Hair Co is not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, weather delays, or any courier delays.
-For all holidays and sales events, please allow up to 14 business days for your order to be shipped out.
Returns and Exchanges
-All sales are final. However, we do offer exchanges within 7 days of purchasing if you meet all the exchanges requirements. Please see our Return/Exchange Policy for details.
